The [BRDC] Integrated AR-9 9mm Bolt Carrier Group, TiCN SLP is the only blow back operated pistol caliber carbine bolt carrier group in the world that features a integrated charging handle key with no carrier screws. Machined from 8620 steel to [BRDC]’s tight tolerances for the rugged and reliable operation. The [BRDC] AR-9 Bolt Carrier Group features Glock and Colt compatible undercuts and a ramped hammer engagement surface makes this AR9 bolt carrier group available for most PCC lower receiver builds.
Unlike our competition, [BRDC] has spent hours on development on their pcc AR-9 9mm bolt carrier group. Our time was well spent on utilizing the partnerships within the industry to allow our bolt carrier group to be used with 95% of brand name aftermarket triggers on the market. This is ideal for professional and non-professional shooters who have aftermarket upgrades made to their weapon systems.
The [BRDC] integrated AR-9 9mm bolt carrier group features a pinned in removable rear weight system, allowing the use of folding stock adapters. The bolt carrier group also features a strengthened extractor that has been carefully designed to allow replacement with ease. Just a punch and hammer gets you going again should you have any unexpected issues on the range.
A spring loaded nickel coated firing pin rides at the core of this AR9 9mm bolt carrier group. Precision turned to [BRDC] specifications to give the shooter reliable primer strikes time after time.

What is a PVD Coating?
The PVD process designed specifically for coating highly polished bearing surfaces such as ones used for firearms, optics, lenses, reflectors, etc. This technology allows the deposition of hard, thin-film, PVD coatings onto surfaces with superior quality polishes. Our coatings do not diminish the qualities of finishes, they replicate and strengthen them. These coatings are thinner, harder, denser, and more lubricious than other plating processes. This coating because of its superior qualities has been adapted to the firearms industry with great success.
Many of the steels used by the firearms industry such as 8620, 4140, 9310 as well as 17-4, and 304 have the benefits of being fairly easy to machine, easy to polish, and having a good resistance to fractures. However, these materials are all limited in their resistance to abrasion and coefficient of friction. These limitations require some sort of surface treatment in order to achieve optimal performance and life: this is our coating truly shines.
This optical quality Titanium CarboNitride (TiCN) coating provides increased abrasion resistance beyond TiN coating, and works well in many slide applications.
